Chef Tamas

Chef Tamas is a culinary visionary with over nine years of experience in the kitchen.Born and raised in Hungary , Surrounded by nature throughout his childhood, Tamas grew up in a family where eating well was paramount. From raising their own animals to harvesting vegetables in late summer and preserving ingredients for the winter, food was prepared with the utmost care. Tamas developed a passion for cooking at an early age from his grandmother who was a chef also.

After completing culinary school, Tamas traveled across London, honing his skills in various prestigious restaurants.Known for a unique blend of traditional and contemporary techniques, Chef Tamas specialise in French and modern Greek cuisine.His commitment to using fresh, local ingredients shines through in every dish.

When not in the kitchen, he enjoys travelling around Europe and Greece visiting restaurants, cheesemongers, farmers and vineyards. Tamas is a big wine enthusiast. He spends his free time adding to his wine collection and is looking forward to getting his WSET 2.
